It was clear he put in a lot of effort to solve them. He would have spent less time if it were as easy as
he said.

Lily slowly looked out the window and said, “Reporting this matter to the police will definitely affect the
Lodge family’s reputation.”

“There’s nothing more important than Grandpa.” He said word by word.

This incident would significantly impact the Lodge family if exposed publicly, but both of them had the
same consensus on this matter.

Justin was a taciturn person and not very good at words. Lily said a few words and could not continue
the conversation further, and silence befell them once again.

The car only took a short time to drive back to the Lodge family residence. The entire house was
shrouded in darkness and seemed gloomy after the turmoil of the past few days.

“Something's not right!” Lily soon noticed something was out of place.

She raised her eyebrows and focused on her hearing, sensing that the overall atmosphere was not
right. The Lodge family house was usually quiet, and the disciples were scattered all around, but she
felt very uncomfortable as soon as she got out of the car. This was her sharp instinct as someone who
practiced martial arts.

There was an overwhelming sense of oppression in the air. It was as if there were enemies hidden in
all directions. She could feel it, and so could Justin.



Justin frowned and glanced in a direction casually. He felt the wind blowing and a figure suddenly
attacked him from behind.

There were two separate assaults. Justin and Lily were each attacked from behind by two attackers
who acted aggressively and swiftly.

In the eyes of Justin and Lily, their swift actions appeared slow. They were able to dodge the assault
and launch a quick counterattack. Justin spun around and moved to his adversary's back.

Justin struck him with one hand while blocking the opponent's arm. Justin grabbed his throat with the
other. “Who are you?!”

The opponent was forced to bend over. The two of them did not say a word. Justin and Lily looked at
each other and knocked out their respective opponents at the same time.

The air of dread that had surrounded them remained and even worsened.

“Clap! Clap! Clap!” The sound of applause could be heard.

Henry walked out of the house. He returned to the house before them and brought a storm with him.

“My nephew and niece have good skills.” He smiled smugly and stood in the middle.

He said with the attitude of the house’s patriarch, “Do you think anything will change if you called the
police? I want to resolve this matter peacefully, but you’re unwilling and want to fight to the end. You
can’t blame your uncle for being cruel... since it was you two who were being stubborn!”

He leaned forward and smiled smugly.

“Are you finally showing your true colors? Is grandfather’s death related to you?” Justin asked coldly.
He failed to understand how Henry played a part in Wilfred's death as there was no evidence. The



timing was not right for Henry to commit the crime as he had not returned when Wilfred passed away.
How could he have the opportunity to do so? Henry's return was a coincidence, but that was
impossible.

Justin hoped that his grandfather's death was not related to Henry. Wilfred would be sorrowful if his son
were the one who killed him.

Henry coldly laughed, “Hahaha. Why are you questioning this right now? You should worry about
yourselves instead. I'll take back everything that the Lodge family owes me today! ”

His expression became ferocious.
