"Thank you, honey." The guilt he was feeling made it a little hard for him to speak, so he focused on

to come home.

"Mommy, you are indeed at home." As soon as Nadia saw Nancy, she opened her arms and flew over

children when they came back.

To his surprise, he was greeted with peace when he was expecting to be attacked as soon as he came
home.

Charles was not sure, so he was on guard against Nancy until the children fell asleep. Once they fell
asleep, Nancy's wrath would probably erupt.

temperament too well.

There was no way she would simply bear being trapped at home.

When the kids fell asleep, Charles went to the study.
