“What’s wrong with me seeing my daughter-in-law? If you refuse to tell me, then I won’t leave!” Darius
crossed his arm stubbornly.

Just then, Ethen walked in and was about to report the work progress to Benjamin. At the sight of
Darius, he quickly shrunk back.

Catching sight of Ethen, Darius immediately called out to him. “Hold it! Do I look like a tiger that you
wanted to run away the moment you saw me?”

Darius responded with a snort and got to his feet before heading toward the door. “Take me to Issa!”

ago and found out that Darius had taken them out for lunch. What she did not expect was for Darius to
visit and bring her some food too.

you!” answered Darius.

Arissa tilted her head as she looked at Darius. “Have you gone to see him? He was still at the office
when I came down.”



“I did. He was trying to shoo me out, which was why I came down here!” Darius grumbled.
