she resented him. She felt that he was a lazy bum and had no intention of improving himself. Having

looked her in the eyes and said, “I’ve actually planned to propose to you since the day I came back.

teary eyes and asked, “Do you not hate me for how I’ve treated you back then, Jonathan?”
