As the expression on her face shifted, she explained, “Mr. Steele came to me with the document, and I
only brought it to Mr. Hadley for him to sign it because Mr. Steele was your father, Mrs. Hadley. How
would I have known that Mr. Steele would provide such shoddy quality materials, let alone know that
your relationship with him was bad? I didn’t think he’d look for an outsider’s help instead of going to his

Still, Christina realized that it was impossible for Shelley to be a nobody if she could become the group

Once Gina introduced them, she left to go back to her office.



“Ms. Steele, is there anything I can help you with?” Shelley asked with a smile.

Christina then assigned some tasks to her.

Just then a tall figure stepped out from the crowd.

you both like this dress, you can order another one from the company.”
