We can’t possibly be so protective of our own people just because of having the same surname. It’d make the other employees feel aggrieved. “I’m not pointing fingers at you but agreeing with your way today,” Lu Zishan said with a smile.
“Huh?” Lu Manman was shocked.
She had always felt that her father almost had no principles toward her grandfather.
“I can agree to everything else, but I have my own ideas about the company’s management. Otherwise, your grandfather and second uncle would have been able to make decisions in the company all these years.” Lu Zishan explained.
Lu Manman smiled. “I knew my dad wouldn’t be so silly.”
Lu Zishan smiled as well. “Just now, General Manager Yue Nan came to the office alone and gave you a round of praise. He said that you even took the initiative to comfort the injured employee.
