The filming team, who had finally run down, were all panting from exhaustion. Seeing Xia Wei standing by the roadside and waiting for them beside the huge van without even panting, they couldn’t help but suspect that there was a possibility that the director didn’t want to mess with Xia Wei, but with them instead?

Under everyone’s anticipation, the car finally stopped in front of the house. Xia Wei carried her suitcase as she sized up the house in front of her.

The male and female guests each had two bedrooms. One was slightly larger and had good lighting, while the other didn’t have much sunlight.
The room was distributed according to the previous episode’s game, so Xia Wei and Su Chu were assigned to this smaller room.
After pushing open the bedroom door, Xia Wei looked around. The walls were painted a faint pink and there were two queen size beds. As if to protect the guests’ privacy, the production team even hung up a white curtain.
Two side-by-side dressing tables faced the bed. On them, there were the makeup bags provided by the sponsors. Because the production team couldn’t bring makeup artists, the guests needed to apply their own makeup.
Xia Wei was about to put down her luggage and leave when the bathroom door opened.

She recalled that the book had mentioned that Su Chu was a little childish and was considered one of the few truly pure-hearted ones in the entertainment industry. At that time, she didn’t show any hostility towards Xia Wei even when the others targeted her.

Thus, Xia Wei had a good impression of this girl and was willing to show her kindness.
