The man smiled. It was as if he had already made up his mind quietly. Jean stood at the door. She
gritted her teeth angrily. “What do you want me to do?”

“Stay until… I’m fully recovered. “Edgar got up slowly. “After all, I got hurt because of you. I don’t think
