somewhat mysterious and obscure like the night in the garden.

sighed slightly. If he wanted, she could pretend that nothing had happened, but it might not be a good

"Sophia." He held her in his arms and said, "That's in the past. Don't let it affect us, okay?" His tone

his head gently on her still flat abdomen. After a while, he chuckled and said, "Sophia, I seem to hear
the baby is calling daddy."

so small. How can she speak?" She giggled.

"Is she so small?" He looked up at her in surprise.

"How on earth did you get your physical lesson? There's no such common sense at all." She was

"Where is Ellie? She didn't come downstairs with you." Jacob looked backward.

"She is still sleeping."



Jacob smiled and shook his head. "She is still too lazy to get out of the bed."

"Let her sleep. I'll ask the servant to bring her the breakfast later." Anna had always been kind to Ellie.

After breakfast, Lucas left with Sophia.

Sitting in the car, she was in a bad mood. Not wanting to talk to him, she simply closed her eyes and
