Chapter 10 There Is Always Hope To Live On

Tania knew that she had been through a lot recently, so she didn't bother her and just waited for her to
straighten out her thinking.

Lois didn't move until the sun set. Tania pulled her into the car and drove her home.

As soon as Lois returned to her rental house, she began to cry. Tania was frightened by her silence.
Tania coaxed her with a tissue, "don't cry. It's ugly. Maggie won't recognize you anymore..."

Lois shook her head. She didn't want to give up, but she knew that Joey wouldn't let her go and Maggie
wouldn't come back to her.

Lois cried so hard that she couldn't catch her breath. Tania took out her phone from her pocket and
dialed Joey's number.

Looking at the caller ID, Joey rubbed between his eyebrows and answered the phone, "hello."
