The manager lifted his head from his work and glanced at Zuo Weiyi before frowning slightly. “Is that so? I’ll call the handyman later to fix it.”

After working for the whole day, Zuo Weiyi had almost missed the fact to get off work without Gu Yansheng’s reminder.
5:05 PM, she who was bored took out her phone and scrolled through Weibo.

Looking at the circuits and machines that were spewing out deadly sparkles, Zuo Weiyi grew anxious. She quickly turned around, wanting to switch off the electricity.
Yet as she turned around, the well-lit office room became pitch black with a “pop!”.
