The two of them did not speak to each other in the elevator, as if they were strangers.

On the ninth floor, the elevator door opened. Xiao Yayue walked out arrogantly in her high heels.

It was 7:40 in the morning.
After glancing at Shen Lanzhi lying on the bed, Zuo Weiyi walked to the washroom specially set up in the hospital room, took out a basin, and fetched some hot water.

The cell phone in his arms rang. He glanced at the ward, then walked to a corner and picked up the phone.
