Chapter 17: Accompany Me

Emma held her clothes and confronted the overbearing woman in front of her.

"I'll call the police if you don't let me in!"

She wanted to say.

The woman saw what was in Emma's paper bag and grabbed it.

Emma was stunned, but she had already taken out the clothes.

It was a man's pure black suit, with a light smell of lavender.

From the fabric, the cutting on the clothes, to the design of the collar, every part was so familiar, and all
of them showed the noble temperament of a man.

The woman was stunned.

She vaguely glanced at the size and the style of the suit.

She felt that this woman's quality was not ordinary.

She frowned, thought for a moment, and said innocently, "I just washed Mr.Wood's suit and sent it back
to him.’

She just wanted to ask, but there were footsteps coming from the office.

The woman held Emma's shoulder and said in a panic, "It's terrible.I'll let you go this time! I'm leaving!"

She ran away with big steps, and then the door of the office was pushed open.

Oliver saw the little woman standing in the doorway in a daze, and he smirked, "Come in"

Emma walked in and asked tentatively, "Someone was peeping at you at the door just now...

"Peeping me?"

Oliver thought she was joking, "If you want to look at me, just look at me.Why are you peeping at me?
Are you looking for excitement?"

Emma was stunned.

Suddenly, she blushed and said shyly, "It's not me! Just now, someone was really outside...and it was a
rude woman.’

after work."

"No, it's not a cleaner! That girl is very pretty, and she wore clothes of famous brands’ Oliver chuckled,

"Maybe she is my fan."

Emma turned around and pushed him, "Mr.Wood, my design plan is not finished yet.I have to go back
quickly."

saying that you are not in good health recently and asked me to give you more nutrition.’

"Ethan? President Carl?"

Emma suddenly felt that this President Carl cared for too many things.



"If I'm not so busy with work, I will go to find you.You look pale, and your parents would think that I am
torturing you."

The man's gentle voice ran through her thoughts.

Emma shook her head and gently pushed him away, "Mr.Wood, of course, work is of top priority.I'm
fine."

Was she really fine or just pretending to be brave? "Stay with me tonight."

Emma looked down and said, "I still have work to do."

"Leave it tomorrow.’

tomorrow.Accompany me tonight."

This design case was really important to her.

It was the best evidence to prove that she was not a beauty without brains.

She did not want to live under Oliver's light.

Oliver did not dodge.

onto the sofa.

The man looked at the traces left by himself proudly, while Emma was so painful that she was about to
cry.

Oliver's heart itched, and his hands stopped at Emma's collar.

turned red.

Just for a moment, the man's heart felt stung, and he leaned over to hug Emma.

"I'm sorry...I've hurt you..."



If she had listened to him and obeyed him, she would not have been in such a plight.

Oliver hoped that he could have a higher position in her heart than the work she focused on.
