The car that had nearly caused an accident had already disappeared. He frowned. “What was wrong with that car? It sped up instead of decelerating in a neighborhood. I’ll check the car plate and get the police to talk to him.”

This was what Ling Sheng wanted. If she used her father’s phone to call him, the Third Master would know what was going on. She read the number to him seriously.
