In the past, Carl would definitely be mad if she said something unpleasant.

"If you had nothing to do with him, why did he drive you home?"

"He's a gentleman."

"A gentleman? Then why didn't he drive me home?"

Now Molly knew that Jessica was deliberately teasing her. She snorted softly, "Jessica, why do you
always make a joke of us? Try to say it in front of Christopher next time if you can."

"Alright." Jessica agreed at once with a faint smile.
