Multiple methods existed before Noah as he could choose any of them to achieve the goal of taking the Dark Universe and have it begin forming Universal Filaments!
The [Universal Budding] method would require him to sacrifice one of the newly made Universes within his Origin as he could do this...but why do such a thing when there was a perfectly situated Primordial Cosmos before him?
A Cosmos filled with Universes that were just affected by the Universal Amalgamation and were currently empty...a Cosmos that had a myriad of other Universes filled with countless Quintillions of creatures!
At this moment, Noah had turned his eyes towards this Cosmos as he had already begun the preparations.
For this, he of course talked to Oathkeeper that held the Primordial Disk and knew much more about the Primordial Cosmos than anyone else, with Noah letting this being wrap up the imprisoning of the Goliath and others before he would follow him to speak to a certain consciousness!

Noah couldn't help but utter out such words as he looked around him, at his subordinates below that were gazing up at him and even further from them, the countless existences that he had brought from the Primordial Cosmos into this Universe.
Then there were the natives of this Dark Universe whose lives continued to be inexplicably changed everyday...the quality and way of living in the Dark Universe being something that others could only imagine!

In a small, nondescript corner of the Dark Universe.
A small world rotated slowly around a star system with a sun at its very center, creating a serene scene of the starry space.
But at this moment, one would be surprised to see the figure of a mischievous young boy that didn't seem older than 8...actually fly out of the small world and into the starry space!
Yes! A young boy that was barely 10 as he was still wiping his snot from his nose, his eyes shining brilliantly as he left the layers of his world and entered space while gazing up towards a far away sun.
Around his body, a unique source of power circulated around him as it caused this child to ignore the rules of space, being able to survive in such an environment indefinitely as his mischievous eyes made up his mind, his small body beginning to shoot towards the sun.
But before this child could get too far…
"Richard! How many times did I tell you to stay on the ground!"

Behind him, a furious bellow reverberated out as a figure shot towards the child as a streak of light, coming up behind him and grabbing his hand as it caused the mischievous child to be utterly frightened!
"Mom…"
The young boy was looking with fearful eyes towards the other hand of his mom that was holding a sandal that was ready to smash onto him at any moment.
His mom looked at him with eyes of anger as she spoke out while pulling him back to their World.
"What were you doing now?"
The gaze of the mischievous child was downcast as if they were caught doing something they shouldn't have, his voice coming out slowly.
"I just...wanted to grab some more sunlight and bring it close to our garden. I thought the plants would be happier…"

"You stupid little…!"
With a flash of light, the figure of mother and child returned back to their world as routinely, one could see other figures leave the small world and fly about across the stars...this shocking reality only made possible by a single being!
All of these existences so freely flying about in space whether they were children or adults could only do so due to the fact that they held 5% of Noah's current level of power!
This was one of the best ways to describe just how ridiculous this was, as at this level...this power had far surpassed the Void Rank that one needed to freely cross the void of space.
It made possible for shocking realities that only the inhabitants of the Dark Universe could experience!
The inhabitants of the Dark Universe obtained such stupendous power from Noah, his 5% making it easy for so many things that we could hardly cover the many variable consequences it held.
Noah understood this well as he used his role as the Emperor of his Vassals to instill in their souls that the stupendous power they obtained from him would not be used to harm one another maliciously in any way!
Under such commands...the Vassals could only follow.
There wouldn't be scenes of children or problematic beings destroying cities or worlds, or anything of the sort as deep within their souls, any of such actions were prohibited before they were even carried out.
But these beings could use this power to spar with each other and delve into the wondrous Dungeons that were constantly still being produced across the Dark Universe, obtaining Cores and skill books to further elevate their ranks as a unique reality was formed in the Dark Universe.
It was a reality that one had to live and experience in order to fully understand it, and the newly brought in inhabitants of the Animus Universe, Automaton, Chthonian, Necrotic, and Euthenia Universes among a few were getting the chance to experience it first hand!
It was an inclusion of a myriad of Races, the 9 Supreme Bloodlines of the Animus Universe occupying a region of space by themselves due to their pride, but when they saw the power of every single being within this Universe and the game like System they could now also utilize...even these prideful beings began to come down and associate with the myriad of other Races within this Universe.
This could only be done in the period of the past day as all Races settled in and got to learn more about their new environment, where the future would fantastically have the friendly interactions of Robotic beings from the past Automaton Universe and the Abyssal Undead from the past Necrotic Universe!
This was just a single example as it would soon become common place to see the World Trees of the Euthenia Universe and the terrifying planetary sized Chthonians get to know each other, Noah inadvertently making an environment that even he himself didn't know just what a shocking result it would display!
But aside from the inhabitants living with this Universe...there was the Universe itself.
It also had goals and aspirations as at this moment…this Universe aspired to become a Cosmos!
