The Dimensional Rulers nearby gazed at each other and nodded as the Quantum Dimensional Ruler spoke out while being covered with a spatial authority.

While leaving behind authority and valor, his visage disappeared as he nodded towards Guinevere and a few others who knew of the pathway towards the Quantum Dimension where the Conclave would be taking place!
From the Prana Dimension, one of the more ancient Dimensional Rulers in humanoid form gazed at the domains holding roaring Abominations.

Before anyone else could even reply, Eowyn's small figure replied sharply as she knew Noah wanted to Isolate these Beasts into loot without interference from others!
With these assurances and a plan made for the future, these Rulers worried about their own Dimensions as they began to return just as quickly as they had appeared.
Each of them locked their gazes onto the one existence wielding the Sword of Avalon as while not to the extent of Lilith, they still put Noah under their radar!

One by one, they disappeared.
The tenseness in the surroundings gradually faded as the situation returned to its level of calm as it was before, where the only issue that remained was with the swarm of Abominations remaining in the Magistracy of the Apocalyptic Blitzkriegs.
An issue that Noah wanted to wrap up before any more surprises as at this juncture…a few things occurred that caused his soul to be bathed with Providence.
One was the recalibration and restructuring of one of the features of the Infinite Dimensional Reality, and the other…was the completion of the Fourth Dimensional Layer!
He had given much of his resources to Lavalliere for her rapid unshackling as he had gained the ridiculous boon of one of the 9 Anchors for it, but he had lost the resources required to achieve the Fifth Dimensional Layer.
Buy the Fourth…he had more than enough to finish it as at this moment- his main body continued to undergo yet another set of changes as the color silver permeated throughout his figure while he was still isolating Hyperion in the Gourmandizing Dimensional Reality!

Within a region of the Gourmandizing Dimensional Reality.
A domain of Absolute Fundamental Authority surged around Noah and the visage of Hyperion whose whole body was trembling with arcs of authority, his face undergoing a cycle of immense pain and expressionlessness every now and then.
Little Henry and a few other prominent beings were watching in the surroundings as Noah's body at this juncture…began to release brilliant waves of silver lights!
Waves that were followed by a band of starry silver light shining on his body as below it, a band of purple, verdant, and golden lights shone with splendor!
Even amidst all of this, the prompts cascaded over his eyes.


Another cluster of Pure Undefined Authority was reserved for Noah in the form of a radiant white bubble.
A bubble of authority that floated at the very peak of a silver Dimensional Layer whose planar floor seemed to reflect its skies and shone with a glimmer of countless extending mirrors.
Above this mirror floor, incandescent silvery Kainos Royal Mirror Cosmos rotated with grandeur and power as the whole Dimension looked like a reflection of the things within it, where even the skies and smallest spaces seemed like they were occupied by countless mirrors!
Silvery seas of essence swam in the whole Dimensional Layer as the Decretum of Mirrors that should have been somewhat foreign to Noah…it felt like he had been understanding it for millions of years.
And below this Dimensional Layer, dazzling Ascendancy Stanchions and Reality Passages were stably situated in the other Dimensions as with its formation, these two concepts waited to be connected to this silvery layer as well!
With such a grandiose picture blooming inside him, the prompts continued.









A storm of prompts cascaded down as too many things underwent upgrades!
And to top it all off, 4 new dazzling Pure Quintessential Kainos Natural Decretum Seeds had appeared.
Apart from Dimensional Reality Panaceas, these were some of the most fundamental loot under Noah.
In other parameters, his base Values rose up greatly as since he forged 200 Trillion Kainos Royal Mirror Cosmos to fully saturate this Dimensional Layer…his Understanding of the Decretum of Mirrors was instantly brought to 50%+
Then, his values for Vitality and the reserves of the Essence of Reality exploded upwards again as when one applied the augmentations of the understood Natural Laws and Decreta…it would show Noah's power having risen stupendously!
