Barbatos played with the essence of Commandment that had already begun to bloom within her after being granted its Bloodline, voicing out with a mischievous smile towards a proud looking Elena beside her.
"When do you think they'll get used to the crazy things Little Fish does and take things like this as an everyday occurrence?"

The first and most costly resource is the resource of Mana that is capable of generating 20% of your True Blood, then the resource of Fortune and Destiny being capable of generating another 20%, the resource of unique treasures/items being capable of generating another 20%, and the remaining 40% is only capable of being transmogrified from normal devoured and one's own Blood. The Authority of the Sanguine Emperor can be extended from the Emperor himself towards 9 other beings as a maximum of 40% of their Blood can be transformed into True Blood, and another extension to 81 other beings as a maximum of 20% of their Blood can be transformed into True Blood.
