Chapter CHAPTER 24

Moon: I said stay away from me? Can't you hear me? Why are you here? What are you doing here? I
don't want to see you here now get out.

Moon yelled at her and she backed away. Hearing his harsh words she felt pain in her chest. Sobbing
quietly, she ran away. Just as she stepped out of the mansion, Zeus stopped his truck. He quickly
hopped out of the truck and ordered beta Daniel to follow Ocean. And to take her to her uncle's house
safely. Beta Daniel nodded his head and drove off. Zeus quickly ran back to the mansion where Moon
was yelling crazily at Maria. On time, Zeus jumped on him and opened his mouth forcefully. Moon tried
his best to shut it back but failed. Zeus quickly pulled out the glass tube, opened it and emptied it in
Moon's mouth. As the blood of the ancient vampire slipped through his throat, he gasped loudly. Zeus
stood up and gave the bottle to Moon. Moon's eyes glowed brightly as he opened the bottle and
downed it's content in one go.

Breathing heavily, Moon looked at Zeus who was smiling. He knew that his brother was finally okay and
out of danger. He went to Moon and pulled him in a brotherly hug. Moon hesitated for a few moments
but then he realized that he is perfectly fine. He quickly wrapped his arms around his brother. He had
missed his brother. Zeus patted Moon's back while Moon cired happy tears.

Zeus broke the hug and made him sit on the bed. Both Maria and Derek came back into the room and
looked at their younger son worriedly.

Zeus: Your son is fine ma. He won't be yelling at anyone again.

Zeus said and chuckled. Maria came close to Moon who had a guilty expression on his handsome
face. Maria sat beside Moon and he quickly laid his head on her lap. Crying quietly, both mother and
son shared their moment together. Derek finally sighed in relief, seeing his family back together again
but still, he felt someone missing. He looked around for the angle of their family who wasn't in Moon's
room.



Derek: Where is Ocean?

He asked in a worried tone. Moon didn't look up at his father. Moon hid his face onto Maria's lap and
started crying like a baby. Maria rubbed his back lovingly and tried her best to calm him down. But
Moon knew he had hurt her so much and he doubted that she would ever come back to him again.
Zeus signalled his parents and they both stepped out of Moon's bedroom, leaving Moon and Zeus
alone in the room. Zeus wiped Moon's tears with his handkerchief.

Zeus: What happened between you two? I saw her running away, crying hard.

Zeus asked his brother. Tears tickled Moon's eyes as he remembered the harsh words and tone he
used with his Ocean. He couldn't help though. He thought he would hurt her.

Moon: I yelled at her. Told her that I don't wanna see her again. Also shouted at her and told her to get
out very harshly.

Moon replied but kept crying. Zeus patted Moon's back and hugged him again.

Zeus: Don't worry. We will go to her and apologise to her then tell her everything. I will do everything to
get her back here, I promise.

Zeus promised his brother and Moon tightened his hold. They both stood up and went out of Moon's
bedroom. Zeus led him to the living room where both Maria and Derek were waiting for their sons. They
both took their seats and Zeus took a deep breath. It was time to tell everyone about Moon.

Zeus: Moon is a vampire. He turned eighteen and his powers started rising up. I just met his
grandfather.

Zeus explained and both Maria and Derek stood up in shock.

Moon: What are you talking about? I can't be a vampire.



Moon replied angrily.

Zeus: It's okay Moon. I don't care whatever you are. For me, in fact for us all, you are our baby Moon.
Now don't be upset over this vampire issue. Your grandfather said you have to feed one or twice a
week. And drink animal's blood only. You ancestors don't drink from humans. They are creatures like
us, not monsters.

Zeus explained with a wide smile. The family hugged the youngest one of the family together but they
all felt the sadness because they were missing Ocean.

Ocean was running away when a familiar truck stopped by her side. She gulped in fear as she thought
someone was there to kill her. The man came close and bowed his head in respect.

Beta Daniel: Alpha Zeus sent me. Get in. I'll drop you wherever you would like to go. It's not safe for
you to run on foot like this all alone.

Ocean didn't say anything. She narrowed her eyes and hopped into the truck. Beta Daniel also hopped
in and they drove off.

After about an hour, beta Daniel stopped the truck in front of Knight's Villa. Ocean quickly hopped out
and went into the villa. She didn't look at anyone and ran into the room she had been using since she
came here. She shut the door and laid down on the bed. She couldn't control herself anymore. She
buried her face into the pillow and started crying. She felt so much hurt and the person who had hurt
her was Moon. She couldn't believe it.

On the other hand, Melody had seen Ocean running towards her bedroom. She ran behind her but
Ocean had shut the door. She called her sisters and told them about Ocean being back into the villa.



They all smiled mischievously because their parents weren't home. They were on vacations. They
knew that there was nobody who could save Ocean now. Melody fished her phone out and dialled
Mala's number. She picked up on the third bell.

Mala: What do you want now Melody?

She asked in an annoyed tone.

Melody: I just wanted to inform you that our little cousin, Ocean is back home and mom and dad aren't
home.

She replied and chuckled darkly.

Mala: I am on my way.

She said and hung up. The triplets searched for the ropes to tie Ocean. Now they were waiting for Mala
to come and get Ocean.
