Chapter 40: 40) ...Then make them open it!

Florina's pov

The ride was silent, Sebastian was driving the car while I and vincenzo were sitting quietly. Both of
them are looking deviously handsome, men in black suit are treat to eyes I must say. Their ties are
matching to my gown.

Sebestian pulled in front of the restaurant and helped me get out, I swear one can broke ankle in these
6 inch high heels I am wearing right now. I am sure they purposely made me wear this so I can't run.

The restaurant is not crowded at all. Few couples here and there, I wonder why. Even the security is
tight.

I held vincenzo's hand as we head inside. Even Sebastian and vincenzo are looking confused about
the security, looks like someone else is here too.

Matteo came rushing towards the vincenzo and whispered something in his ear while Sebastian was
looking at them cautiously.

Vincenzo nodded at Matteo and he left not even glancing at me, may be he is mad at me. I hate
vincenzo for breaking that poor guy's hand. Vincenzo said something to Sebastian in Italian and he
nodded.

The manager greeted us, more specifically to vincenzo and Sebastian and ignored me like I am not
even there. He looked at me and quickly averted his eyes, must me afraid of two hulks standing beside
me. The manager lead us towards our table.

Why the hell this restaurant is almost empty, it's strange.

We heard the masculine voice and turned around at the same time.

There was the man in charcoal black suit, standing like a fucking mountain. Who the fuck is he, damn, I
mean he is looking like a satan himself. His black raven hair are neatly styled, he has amber eyes too
but darker in shades. Tanned skin and beard. I have never seen someone carrying a beard so sexily.
But he is scaring me, I don't know why but he has that aura around him which is not giving me good
vibes at all. He is dangerous and he is not doing anything to hide it either.

"Ciao Mr. Marino..." (Hello)

Vincenzo said.

"non mi aspettavo di vederti qui" (didn't expected to see you here.)

Sebastian greeted him too.

Can't they talk in Fucking English, I can't understand anything.

"I am here with my wife..."

He said looking at the woman beside him.

I know her, she is a business tycoon. Anamika Singh sahay. I once interviewed her for the magzine,
how the fuck she can marry this man. Vincenzo said Mr. Marino, it means he is Italian mafia king, who
haven't come in front of the people yet by his true identity. No one knows who is the king except the
underworld. I was only aware of the name.

Anamika greeted me with sweet smile.



I didn't expected her to remember me, guess she has a strong memory. The woman is a beauty with
brains. She is looking stunning in her blue gown, I didn't knew that she has tattoos, she always wore
suit. God! She is looking like an angel with the crystal blue eyes and the long hair, almost touching her
waist. No wonder the satan has her. She can make the world bend in front of her with her smile.

"Hii, miss sahay... I mean mrs. Marino..."

Vincenzo chuckled.

Mr. Marino chuckled too wrapping his hand around anamika's waist possessively. She looks so tiny in
front of him.

"Indeed they can"

He said looking at her with the smirk.

I don't know why but this man is giving me creeps, why all the handsome men have to be so
dangerous.

We all froze in our places when someone passed the comment on anamika.

"Man, it's been a while that I had a tattooed beauty. It's a heaven to lick it..."

The man said laughing with his friend.

"Brunette that too..."



Are they fucking crazy. Vincenzo grabbed my hand and made me stand between him and Sebastian,
almost hiding me with their bodies, like they knows something's gonna happen. I could see anamika
freezing in her place but Mr. Marino was looking relaxed, like he didn't heard them. I know he did.

"You guys please continue your date... It's nice to meet you again florina..."

Anamika said with a nervous smile.

"Honey, I think we should give them some privacy"

She said looking at her husband.

He smiled and nodded.

"It's good to see you both, together... The girl is definitely something..."

He chuckled looking at me and quickly looked away, I rather look at my men instead of his evil eyes.

Suddenly anamika's phone rang and she looked at the caller ID.

"Please excuse me..."

She pecked his lips looking at his eyes for a second and went outside.

As soon as she was out of his site, he pulled out his gun and shot the man straight in between his
eyes.

My scream was muffled by vincenzo's large hand.

He kicked the dead body who landed on the floor from the chair.

Sebastian held my trembling body in his, I hugged him back as he rubbed my back soothing me.



"My wife has a weak heart, can't do this in front of her..."

He said tucking his gun back in its place and vincenzo and Sebastian chuckled.

How could they laugh on such a disgusting act. Don't they have hearts. Yes it was wrong to comment
like that but they can't just kill everyone who does that. These men are sick, all of them.

I pulled away from Sebastian.

"I need some fresh air..."

They nodded at me and I literally ran outside.

Coming out I gasped for the air, anamika was still talking on the phone. Should I tell her, he is keeping
her in the dark. But he said that she has a heart problem.

"Florina?... What are you doing outside..."

She asked me, keeping her phone back in the purse.

"Nothing they are talking about some business so came out to talk with you... Are you okay, I heard you
have a heart problem. If you you don't mind me asking, of course..."

She nodded.

"Yes, I recently got shot there... And I am still healing..."

Shit, I can't tell her.

"Why are you so scared, Florina... You didn't looked comfortable inside either. Are you okay, are they
forcing you."



She walked towards me and held my face gently in her soft hands.

"Are they hurting you florina..."

She has so much love in her voice, so gentle like a singing bird. Should I tell her, may be she can help.
But what if she can't, I mean she herself is the wife of Italian mafia king.

"No they are not hurting me but they are keeping me against my will. I want to escape..."

I don't care how pathetic I sound but I can't take it, they are so heartless.

"You can't escape from the mafia, florina..."

She said making my heart drop in my stomach.

"Where would you go, do you have someone who can protect you from them?..."

I shook my head no.

"Then, how can you do that... You will only hurt yourself in this. They won't let you go that easily..."

Why she sounds like she has gone through this.

Her eyes stopped on my neck and her eyes hardened. She traced my pendent.

"It's a tracker..."

She declared and my mind stopped working for a moment.

"How can you tell?..."

I managed to ask in my stuttering voice.



She pointed towards her neck and fuck, she has the same kind of chain around her neck, only
difference is it's blue and mine is green.

They put a fucking tracker around my neck, how could they.

"This can't stop me from escaping, they can never find me if I threw it away..."

She sighed shaking her head.

"Look around florina, you are surrounded by their guards. And I am sure everyone are instructed about
your escape plan. It's a trap and you are so naive that you yourself giving them a chance to hurt you."

"Then what am I supposed to do... I can't stay like this. I can't loose my freedom anamika. I don't want
to stay in their golden cage..."

"If you can't change the situation then control it..."

She said.

"They want you, take advantage of it... You have them wrapped around your finger, you haven't
realized it yet..."

"I don't know... I am not smart like you, I can't play games..."

"You have too... If you want your freedom then you have too. You can't open this golden cage then
make them open it for you..."

God! This woman is next level pro in this matter.

"Are you getting me Florina..."

I nodded at her and she smiled.



"I don't know which way you are going to use, just make sure that you will be happy and satisfied at the
end."

"Yes, I understand..."

I replied and she embraced me in a loving hug, I just realized how much I needed it.

We both walked inside, Mr. Marino quickly pulled his wife towards him.

'Obsessed Frick'

He has cleared everything, not even a single drop of blood was present there. He was prepared, his
gun had silencer on.

Poor anamika, she doesn't have any idea how bad her husband is.

Sebastian and vincenzo looked quite surprised looking at me.

'were they expecting me to escape... Sure they were... That's why they put a tracker around my neck...'

Anamika and the satan excused themselves from us.

"Come..."

Sebastian looked at me with smile. He looks cute while smiling. Vincenzo was smiling too.

Vincenzo came towards me and pecked my lips, so did Sebastian.

'Why are they so happy?... Is it because I didn't try to escape...'
