The sun was scorching hot outside the safety of the window while in the restaurant it was cool and agreeable. Lu Jia’er was sitting quietly opposite Jin Xiangdong.
In the past, Lu Jia’er had been indifferent to every man regardless of how handsome he might be, because once she had read their thoughts, she became uninterested at best and thoroughly disgusted with some guys at worst.

Your current idea is to integrate facial recognition and emotion recognition into the AI system research and development. Is that correct?” Lu Jia’er said.
Jin Xiangdong nodded, and his eyes showed a hint of appreciation. He was always surrounded by smart men. He liked smart people. As a girl, Lu Jia’er was to his taste in this respect.
“Yes, this project has already started. I hope that Professor Lu’s participation will make it even better!” said Jin Xiangdong.
“I will do what little I am able to in order to help. I have browsed through the database of your company’s emotional recognition already this morning, and I believe it will further improve my academic professionalism!” said Lu Jia’er.

“Your database is gigantic. In comparison, our academic research at the university is simply a drop in the ocean!” Lu Jia’er said.
