After Su Qianxun had dinner at home, she received a phone call from Ye Gu. He told her that he would come fetch her. Su Qianxun immediately perked up. She said goodbye to her younger brother and Aunt Zhang and went downstairs.
She saw Ye Gu waiting outside the apartment building alone. He was on his own. The car he drove was also his personal vehicle.
“Ye Gu, are we heading back to the apartment?” Su Qianxun asked.
“The young master told me to take you back to Jin Garden,” Ye Gu admitted.

After Su Qianxun went back to Jin Garden, she washed up and got ready for bed. She lay in bed but could not fall asleep. She had been waiting for Long Sijue till three in the morning. But he had yet returned.
The next day, Su Qianxun woke up and felt quite drowsy. Huan Huan stared at her worriedly and asked, “Young mistress, did you not sleep well last night?”
“No, it was quite good.” Su Qianxun did not want to admit that she had barely slept because Long Sijue was out all night.
“But you have dark circles under your eyes,” Huan Huan said and quickly lowered her head.
Su Qianxun was too embarrassed to say anything else.
After breakfast, Su Qianxun received a phone call from Qiao Bonian. He told her to take Su Jiye back home on new year’s eve. Hearing that, all Su Qianxun wanted to do was sneer at him. Qiao Bonian asked her to go home with her younger brother probably because he had something up his sleeve. She would not fall into his trap.
Despite Qiao Bonian trying to lure her over with Su Ci, Su Qianxun still turned down the invitation.
In the Qiao’s residence, Qiao Bonian hung up the phone furiously. “Outrageous. She has seriously grown bolder. She thinks I can’t do anything about her, does she? Hehe~”
