“Okay, I want to talk with you as well!” Song Yao said.
Su Huan was the most gentle and gentlemanly man Song Yao knew. He shouldn’t be wasting his time with her. He ought to open up his heart and meet a girl who loved him more. Hence, Song Yao wanted to make things clear this time.

Su Huan ordered a cup of milk for Song Yao and black coffee for himself like he always did.
Song Yao held the cup handle and turned back to indicate for the female bodyguard to go further away before speaking to Su Huan. “Su Huan… you ought to look forward. It has been so long since we broke up. You shouldn’t still be keeping the watch and wallet I gave you…”
Su Huan gazed at Song Yao with a gentle smile, not making a sound.
“Toss it! If you can’t do it, give it to me! I’ll toss it for you! Don’t trap yourself in the past. I was the one who let you down, so you ought to hate me, not pine after me!” Song Yao said.
“Hate you for what?” Su Huan still looked as elegant and gentlemanly as ever, saying in a deep and magnetic voice, “When we were still together, you stayed loyal to me! After we broke up peacefully… whoever you choose to be with is up to you. In our relationship, no one let anyone down, so you don’t need to feel burdened.”
Song Yao’s nostrils flared slightly…
Regardless of what happened, Su Huan would always find all sorts of reasons and excuses for Song Yao. This seemed to have become Su Huan’s habit.
Even when she was three hours late for one of their dates, Su Huan stood in the snow for three hours. During those three hours, Su Huan kept sending messages, none of them urging Song Yao to hurry, but instead, reminding her not to be anxious and to prioritize safety first.
When they met, Su Huan had nearly become a snowman. Yet, without waiting for Song Yao to explain, Su Huan held Song Yao in his embrace and said softly in her ear, “The roads are slippery on a snowy day. I should have fetched you, sorry! So long as you’re here safe and sound!”
Since then, so long as it snowed… Su Huan would fetch her regardless of where Song Yao was.
She had clearly promised Su Huan to go on a holiday together after she was done filming a drama. However, after the movie ended, her manager said that they should strike while the iron was hot, that by the time her drama went on TV, Song Yao would constantly be on the screens, which would do her a lot of good.
Hence, with one drama after the other, the date she set with Su Huan kept being postponed…
