Seeing Bai Xiaonian remain silent, Lu Jinnan said, “Even if you’re spiting me and ignoring me… don’t be hard on your own body.”
Lu Jinnan’s voice was gentle. Squatting before Bai Xiaonian, he rubbed Bai Xiaonian’s clean and pretty hands, gaze lowered. “Because I’m not worth it!”

“Are you planning to keep me locked here from today on?” Bai Xiaonian asked.
“I’ll ask Tang Zheng’s subordinate to come over and key in your fingerprint tomorrow. This is our home, so you’re free to come and go as you please forever!” Lu Jinnan said.
Bai Xiaonian’s face remained cold. She asked, “Aren’t you afraid that I won’t return after I leave?”
“It’s okay. I’ll follow you… Wherever you go, I’ll follow!” Lu Jinnan smiled and continued the previous topic about dinner. “What do you want to eat? Still sweet vinegar spare ribs and fragrant spicy prawns?”
“Lu Jinnan, continue talking to yourself!” Knowing that she wouldn’t be able to leave today, Bai Xiaonian set her bag aside and leaned against the sofa, speaking blandly.
