Chapter 6: As the Mother, As the Son!

All of sudden, a chilling flash appears in his cold eyes, "If she is dead, there will be no more trouble!"
Therefore, no one dares to say anything to help her out.
Florence Li, with her head declined, feels that her vision is gradually blurred. She lost her consciousness.
It is broad daylight when the door in front finally opens again with a burst of noise. Rodney walks out of the villa with an umbrella and stops in front of her.
Out in the rain for a whole night, she has already been drenched through. Her slender figure, which curls up there, makes others feel pity. "Miss Li, Mr. Si allows you to enter." Rodney says softly.
Florence Li does not respond, with her head declined. It is hard to say if she is still alive.
Rodney is kind of worried. He coughs and repeats, "Miss Li, you are allowed to enter."
She remains motionless. Rodney realizes that there is something wrong. He feels kind of nervous and reaches out to help her. But as soon as his fingers touch her shoulder, Florence Li tilts backward and falls to the ground.
Rodney is shocked, "Miss Li!"
Florence Li has been sleeping for a long time.
In a daze, she can hear someone talking beside her, but cannot hear what they are saying. She cannot open her eyes, so she has to leave herself in a slumbering state.
When the doctor finishes the intravenous infusion for Florence Li, he looks back and sees Brain Si leaning on the sofa with his long legs crossed. The smoke of his cigarette rises from his fingertips. No one can tell his mood. The doctor coughs and says, "Miss Li's high fever is caused by being caught in the rain. Besides, she is very weak physically. There is no serious problem."
"Since there's nothing serious, why is she still not awake?"
"Because the patient herself is anemic and malnourished, it is normal for her to be in a coma for a long time. However, we still have to wait for her to wake up and take her to the hospital for a general examination. She is young, but her health condition doesn't match with her age."
