"Why do you want to know about that?" Feng Yue asked.
"Well, look. They look perfect to each other, is it?" Quan Suiyi pointed to Yu Qi and Xia Song Jing who had been talking.
Xia Song Jing grinned to his ear while Yu Qi was calm.
Looking at this, Feng Yue chuckled. "I think you should give up the idea."
"What do you mean by that?" Quan Suiyi asked. However, without waiting for Feng Yue to answer the question, she blurted out first. "Are you saying that my son is not a suitable match for her?"
"Mom, calm down." Xia Zi Qie said.
"How can I calm down? She is looking down at your brother." Quan Suiyi stated.
"Suiyi, calm down." Old Madam Xia said to Quan Suiyi.
Hearing the order from Old Madam Xia, Quan Suiyi shut her mouth. In this family, she feared no one but her mother-in-law. If her mother-in-law decided one thing, she did not dare to deny it.
"Madam Xia, my friend is already engaged to someone else." Feng Yue stated.
"Who is he?" Quan Suiyi did not think of anyone as a suitable person for Yu Qi.
"My cousin." Feng Yue told Quan Suiyi.
"Your cousin? What job does he have?" Quan Suiyi said.
"A soldier." Feng Yue said.
"What? A soldier?" Quan Suiyi asked.
She disliked a job like that. She could not believe Yu Qi could choose someone that had a dangerous job like that. She did not think that a man like that would be suitable for a chairman of a company like Yu Qi. Her son was more suitable.
"Mum, he is not a normal soldier. He is a high-ranking soldier, Colonel Long Hui." Xia Zi Qie said.
He admired Long Hui too. If not because his mother not letting him enter the military, he might end up being a soldier too.
"High-ranking soldier? How old is he?" Quan Suiyi asked.
She thought Long Hui must be a lot older than Yu Qi and her son. That was why Long Hui was already a high-ranking soldier.
"He is only 29 years old this year." Feng Yue answered.
"What? Are you telling the truth? There is no way that he is a high-ranking soldier at such a young age." Quan Suiyi was surprised.
She could not believe her ears. That man was two years younger than her son. There was no way that he was a high-ranking soldier.
"My cousin is not a typical soldier. He is in the special forces that specialise in dangerous missions. He had accomplished a lot and gained honour. That is how he becomes Colonel right now." Feng Yue stated proudly about her cousin.
Quan Suiyi had a bad expression on her face right now. "But my son..."
"My friend is not leaving my cousin for your son. They are in love. No one could barge into their relationship." Feng Yue glanced at Quan Suiyi and Xia Zi Qie.
Feng Yue did not think much about Quan Suiyi. If she was not Xia Zi Qie's mother, Feng Yue would not bother to talk to her.
Quan Suiyi only cared about her older brother and did not care about Xia Zi Qie. She did not bother to ask them about their relationship. How their relationship began, how long was their relationship and how they wanted to proceed to the next level?
Yu Qi started to feel irritated when Xia Song Jing could not read the situation. He still wanted to talk to Yu Qi even though Yu Qi told him that she already have a fiance to begin with.
Right now Xia Song Jing even wanted to stand closer and wanted to reach for her hand. Yu Qi stepped back avoiding Xia Song Jing's approach.
"Mr Xia, please conduct yourself." Yu Qi stated.
"Miss Tang, don't be so stiff. Not because you have a fiance, does not mean you can not be with another man." Xia Song Jing smiled.
Xia Song Jing began to reveal his true nature by telling stuff like that. It seemed that Xia Song Jing was a player.
"Miss Tang, no one will know if we are careful and not tell others about that." Xia Song Jing approached Yu Qi again.
There was no space for Yu Qi to back off. Yu Qi wanted to step aside but Xia Song Jing also knew that Yu Qi would do that. So, he blocked Yu Qi's path.
He smiled while reaching out for Yu Qi's waist. Yu Qi pushed him by his shoulder. Even though the push looked gentle, Xia Song Jing felt a great pain in his shoulder.
"Argh!!!" Xia Song Jing shouted.
Everyone immediately looked at Xia Song Jing who currently sat down on the ground while his right hand holding her left shoulder.
Quan Suiyi saw this and rushed to her older son's side. Feng Yue, Xia Zi Qie, Old Master Xia, Old Madam Xia and Xia Mengguang also walked to them.
"My dear, what happen to you?" Quan Suiyi kneeled down and asked Xia Song Jing in worry tone.
"Mom, my shoulder is hurting so much." Xia Song whined about the pain in his shoulder.
"How can this happen?" Quan Suiyi asked.
"Mom, this woman does this to me." Xia Song Jing battled while pointing his finger to Yu Qi who stood not far from them.
Yu Qi had a cold look while she looked down at the mother and son pair.
