Chapter 51 Avoiding The Inspection

The hospital director looked embarrassedly at the two arguing people, and cautiously said, "Mr. Qin..."

"Shut up!" Lily and Kevin spoke at the same time.

Kevin frowned and gave a cold glance at Lily. Then he said to the hospital director, "give her a general
check-up."

"No way!" Lily also held a tough attitude.

The hospital director looked at them, and could only cry in his heart. He could offend neither Kevin nor
Lily. When the pair had a fight, they were the one who suffered.

examination now."

Turning her eyes to the cabinet beside the bed, Lily forced herself to ignore the gloomy sight from
Kevin and silently resisted him.

"Give her a check-up." Kevin didn't say anything more.



The hospital director and the doctors got the instruction. Although they felt awkward, they had to obey
Kevin's words.

Seeing that they were getting closer and closer, Lily bit her soft lip hardly to stimulate her brain through
the sharp pain.

She couldn't let Kevin know about the existence of the child!

Thinking of this, she compromised. She moved in front of Kevin, tugged at the corner of his clothes and
said, "I don't want to do the examination. Is that okay?"

Kevin glanced at her and didn't respond.

mention the inspection again, so she asked carefully.

Something gloomy flashed through Kevin's eyes and disappeared quickly before people around him
could react.

shook his head and said, "let's go back and have a rest."

Lily nodded without hesitation.

She could accept anything as long as she didn't have to stay in the hospital!

In the hospital, she was really nervous and was afraid that her pregnancy would come out.

This baby came at a bad time. Now, she doubted the motives of Kevin. When she knew that there was

Lily closed her eyes and clenched her fists. Her blunt fingertips stuck into her palm but she seemed not

"Remember to have a good meal." Looking at the haggard face of Lily, Kevin frowned deeply.

Lily nodded and did not argue with him.

They were silent all the way home. Kevin asked the steward to prepare Lily's three meals in a day
according to the balance of nutrition.

Casting a glance at him, Lily sneaked into the room and covered herself with the quilt. Her mind went
blank.

Just then, her cell phone suddenly rang.

screen showed the name of Lois.
