The perfumer looked at Lily in confusion and then lowered his head to sniff the scent on the test strip
again. He did not answer— instead, he dipped a tissue in clean water, then used it to wipe the tip of his
nose. After that, he quickly picked up the other bottle, repeating the same action.

His reaction intrigued everyone else, and the crowd curiously stretched their necks to see what was
going on. Once he put down the test strip again, he looked at Lily. His expression was surprised. "How
did you make this?"

“Continuous trial and error," Lily replied.

“Impossible! I've tried many times, but it didn't work. You said you only prepared these two bottles when
you returned to Brown City, which is even more impossible!" He stared at the two bottles in disbelief.

"If I rush back to Brown City to start the experiment, it is impossible. However, that's not the case. I've
tried many times before, so I know the formula, ingredients, and amounts by heart. I just needed the
company to prepare the materials and allow my assistant to mix them according to my formula. That's
why I made these relatively quickly.”

Lily then looked at the others, "Still, I'm sorry for delaying everyone's time. I thought I had enough time
but didn't expect to encounter a traffic jam, so I came late.”

perfumer was so emotional that he almost jumped at Lily.

Lily did not expect such a sudden situation. However, she felt relieved after the staff pulled the
perfumer away.
