Give You Everything

When Yvette heard the weak voice, she was shocked and slowly turned around.She saw that the man
on the bed had opened his eyes again.

This time, Lance was clearly awake.His eyes were bright and concerned.

"Yvette..."

He slowly raised his hand.

Yvette walked over in a few steps.She suddenly teared up, and all her bottled-up emotions suddenly

Tears streamed down her face continuously.She did not say anything and only cried until she was out

Lance sighed slowly and put one hand over hers.

His breathing was labored, but he said, "I don’t blame you.You'll be fine."



Even if his life was hanging by a thread, Lance still did not forget to comfort Yvette.How was this her
fault? To others, Yvette might be lacking in many ways.She had a worrying character, and she was not
capable.

However, to Lance, Yvette was his ray of sunshine.

Even Yvette did not know how important she was to him.

Yvette held his hand and cried aggrievedly.

"Let me call the doctor first."

She suddenly came to her senses and called for the doctor.

However, Lance grabbed her hand.He looked weak with his pale face, and he panted hard.

"Yvette, has he been arrested?"

Yvette immediately understood what Lance meant.Her eyes darkened slightly, and she shook her head.

Lance did not hesitate.He took a deep breath and said with difficulty, "Get the lawyer to come over.I’ll
sign over Sheldon Corporation to you.If you’re the CEO, they'll] protect you."

Sheldon Corporation would only make an effort to protect Yvette if she owned the company.

That was the only way Lance could protect his wife.

That way, no one would bully Yvette.

Yvette looked at him, dumbfounded.

She desperately tried to control her emotions, but it did not work at all.



Why was Lance so nice to her? How could he give her all his wealth? Did he forget that she was the
lazy, money-hungry, and incompetent Yvette? How could she live up to his expectations? Lance did not

"No, I don’t want it."

Her shoulders trembled violently, and she leaned forward to speak.

"Lance, I only want you.You must get well soon.I’m not scared.Didn’t you say that I’m like a feisty cat?
Well, cats have nine lives, so I can’t die yet."

She choked up.

Lance frowned.His expression was solemn, and his gaze was disapproving.

However, his body did not allow him to speak.

After a while, his vision blurred.

Lance could only hold his head up and take a deep breath.

Yvette soothed his chest and rang the bell to call the doctor.



Soon, Lance fell asleep again.

However, the doctor was delighted.

"Mr.Sheldon’s condition has improved.I think it’s because he knows you’re back, so he has a stronger
will to live."

Yvette looked at the person on the hospital bed silently.

What did she do to deserve him? Lance had always brought her happiness and guided her on the right
path.

However, Yvette’s ex-boyfriend tried desperately to drag her into a quagmire.

Yvette closed her eyes.

If she had known that she would meet Lance, she would have restrained herself more and waited for
him to walk into her life.

At night, Fiona and Mrs.Quimbey wanted to come over to watch over Lance on Yvette’s behalf, but
Yvette refused.

Yvette could only be at ease if she stayed in the hospital.

Lance did not wake up again.

Yvette contacted some doctors abroad.She planned to send him abroad for treatment.

Yvette was terrified for the first few days because she was worried that Sean would come out of
nowhere and take her away.



However, she gradually felt that she was thinking too much and started to let down her guard.It seemed
like she could have a safe and normal life again.

Yvette was just busy traveling between the office and the hospital, but she was not tired of it.

Seeing Lance’s condition improve made her heart feel full.

The helicopter was arranged to come when it was time to transfer Lance to another hospital.

Yvette wanted to follow along, but there was something urgent at Sheldon Corporation since Fiona did
not care much about the company and left the company to her subordinates.

However, those subordinates did not show their gratitude and became more reckless instead.

They kept pushing for a decision on how they should deal with Lance’s shares in the event of his
unfortunate death.

Thus, Yvette came forward to temporarily silence them.

Mrs.Quimbey hired a few bodyguards to follow Yvette 24/7, and Yvette did not refuse.

Zane also arranged several business entertainments to appease their doubtful partners.

Yvette did not know how long this would go on.

Those restless shareholders would only stop completely when Lance came back in one piece.

Yvette received a call from Zane, saying that the car was already waiting downstairs.

She did not delay further and checked Lance’s medical instruments before she took her bag and went
out.



Fiona had already arrived at the door of the ward.She looked at her and smiled.

"I made soup for you.Do you want to have some before you go?"

Yvette shook her head.

"Mom, I have a few more important meetings today and a business entertainment at night, so I might
be back a little later..."

Fiona understood what Yvette had been up to and looked at her in distress.

"Oh, Yvette.I’m so glad to have you around.Your mom always said that you don’t have a knack for
business, but I think she’s wrong about that.If it weren’t for you, Lance’s hard work would be wasted."
Yvette smiled.

"Lance made a strong foundation.I’m just there to show them that we’re not to be messed with.Don’t
worry, Mom.This is nothing to Lance when he’s fully recovered."

Fiona nodded in agreement.

"I'll watch him, so you can go.I'll leave when you come back."

They had a tacit understanding when it came to watching over Lance.

Lance could not be left alone, so either Fiona or Yvette must stay back.

That was because they could not trust anyone else to do the job.

Yvette went downstairs, got in the car, and went straight to the office.

Zane handed her the documents for the meeting.



"Ms.Quimbey, these are the two projects that the shareholders wanted to approve.They'll likely raise it
at the meeting.Anyone with a discerning eye can see that there’s something wrong with these two
projects.But if they insist on approving, I'm afraid it'll be difficult for you to stop it."

Yvette glanced at it and pinched the bridge of her nose.She was really anxious.

No matter how normal she acted in front of outsiders, she knew that she was not confident.She was
just flustered.She stayed silent for a few seconds and reopened the project proposal.

No matter how difficult it was, she still had to fight against it.

One of the projects was to acquire a pharmaceutical company.

The acquiring price was ridiculously low.

This was a good thing for the acquiring company, but Yvette knew of this pharmaceutical company.
