The ambassador’s daughter asked her father in disbelief: “Father, who is that man? Why are you being so nice to him?”

The ambassador answered his daughter’s question.
“Really? Is he that incredible?”
“Yeah, he is.”
On the way back, Jian Yiheng said to Jian Yiling: “I rescued you. You should thank me.”
Upon hearing this, Jian Yiling said: “Thank you.”
“Are you thanking me with just words?”
It seemed as though Jian Yiheng was not satisfied with his sister’s verbal ‘thank you’.
Jian Yiling looked at Jian Yiheng in confusion. She did not know what he wanted.
“I want to go to your apartment for dinner. Let’s go to the supermarket right now,” Jian Yiheng said.
