The next afternoon, Wen Yan finally got to see Jian Yiling.
"Yiling…" Wen Yan called out. His brows were slightly furrowed and it appeared as though he was a bit nervous.
There were a lot of things that he wanted to say to Jian Yiling. However, when he saw her, he only managed to get out the word 'Yiling'.
Jian Yiling nodded at him.
Then, Jian Yiling brought over some freshly picked loquat fruit and placed it on Wen Yan's bedside table.

Jian Yiling shook her head before she replied: "I used a ladder."

A simple thank you from Jian Yiling almost made Wen Yan cry.
They were no longer young and ignorant.

"Yiling, can we still go back to those times?" Wen Yan asked Jian Yiling.

At this moment, Liu Ting walked in. He asked: "Am I interrupting you guys?"

Liu ting came over with a medical box and said: "It's time for injections."
Then, he took out a needle syringe and began to tear open the wrapping paper in front of Wen Yan.

"Why can't we use intravenous infusions?" Wen Yan asked.
"Intravenous infusions and intramuscular injections are not the same things. This is for muscles. Naturally, intramuscular injections have to be used. If you don't believe me, ask Yiling!"
Jian Yiling could testify for Liu Ting: "It's true."
Her soft and docile reply was much more convincing than Liu Ting's words.
"There will be four injections. Are you ready?" Liu ting asked with an amused and cheeky expression on his face.

"My sister is still here! Get her to leave first!" Wen Yan cried out as he desperately gripped onto his pants.
