Amelie Comes Around

Lamont entered the ward and slowly approached the woman who was still in a coma on the bed.

disinfectant fluid.

“Child…”

A light murmur startled Rex and Lamont. Rex rushed to the hospital bed and held Amelie’s hand,
comforting her softly, “It’s okay. I’m here.”

“I want the child…”
