Amelie’s eyes glinted angrily. She immediately struggled and snapped, “Lamont, are you fucking insane?”

“Amelie, are you in there?”

Amelie heard Rohan’s voice from behind the door..

“Anyone in there? I’m coming in.”

answered with a poker face.

Amelie looked at Lamont dismissively as she threw away the shawl which Lamont had touched.
