“I’m going downstairs to see if I can help Lizeth make breakfast,” Savanna replied.
Brandon was like a spoiled child. He was strong, so he steadily put her down on the bed. “Sleep with
me for a while longer.”
Savanna did not fall asleep the entire night. Lying there was too torturous. She just wanted to get up
and take a walk.
“Brandon, I don’t want to sleep. I’m going to take a look at Roya.”
“Roya hasn’t woken up yet.”
Savanna was determined, and Brandon was even more stubborn than her. They both didn’t give in until
the phone rang at the bedside.
Savanna had never checked his phone before, but because of the ring, her tone became very harsh.
“Let me get up! Your phone is ringing.”
“It’s not important,” Brandon said, but he still let go of her.Savanna got off the bed with a cold face and angrily walked out in her slippers.
The moment she closed the door, she heard him pick up the phone.

“Ms. Thompson, you woke up.”

Lizeth wiped her hands with an apron. “No, I’ve prepared everything. I’ve cooked your favorite shrimp
oatmeal.”
Savanna looked at the oatmeal, but she had no appetite at all. Her heart was full of bitterness.
Lizeth handed over a bowl of oatmeal. “Hurry up and drink it while it’s hot. It took me a long time. It

to ask Brandon, “Mr. Cassel, what’s wrong with Ms. Thompson?”
Brandon stared at Savanna’s back as she disappeared from the stairs. His expression also became
heavy.
Since he woke up, he had felt that something was wrong with Savanna. He thought that she was in a
bad mood, but he hadn’t expected the situation to be so serious.
Brandon lost his appetite. He stood up and said, “I’ll go check on her.”
In the blink of an eye, everyone was gone. Lizeth looked at the oatmeal that she had cooked for two
hours early in the morning. She didn’t want them to fight.
After Brandon went up, as expected, he found Savanna in the baby’s room. She was changing clothes

clothing and picked up the child.
“Roya, be good. I will take you to the hospital for vaccines.”
Brandon retreated to the door and blocked their way out.
