“Are you Savanna?”

“Yes.”

“You are accused of trying to harm Winnie Landis. This is the evidence.”

The police found an audio file on the phone. The voice was very similar to Savanna’s. The content of

the file was the recording she gave the video to the reporters.

After listening to the audio, Savanna was calm and composed.

“I don’t know this reporter.”

“But he knows you, Ms. Thompson.”

The policeman said coldly. He handed over a mobile phone and pointed to the chat history on it.

“Take a good look,” the policeman said.

Savanna lowered her head and her gaze fell on the screenshots of the chat.

The time of the chat showed that it was last night, two in the morning.

The anonymous person kept sending videos of Winnie being raped as well as lots of insulting words to
her. Finally, Winnie broke down. The CCTV of the Rose Villas showed Winnie, who had disheveled

hair and dull eyes, sliding out of the room in a wheelchair at about two and a half in the morning.

And then, there was no more information.



Savanna raised her cold eyes.

She asked the policeman, “How are you sure it was me who sent her?”

Whether she had done it or not, no one knew it better than herself.

“It wasn’t you who sent it, but we suspect you were the one who instigated it. Because Denzel Cobb,
the reporter, has already confessed you had given him a great sum of money. We are sure Denzel is
exactly the anonymous person who chatted with Winnie. Ms. Thompson, although we don’t have
enough evidence, you are already a suspect in the case. Please come with us.”

Savanna was speechless.

Savanna sat in the interrogation room and calmly narrated her whereabouts last night. Suddenly, the
door was pushed open, and a cold man rushed in.

Hearing the noise, Savanna looked at the door and met Brandon’s cold and ruthless gaze. Brandon
looked angry and pulled Savanna out without any explanation.

The policeman who was in charge of interrogating Savanna was about to chase after them when he
was stopped by the policeman who came in. “Do Mr. Cassel a favor. Let her go.”

Brandon pulled Savanna into the back seat and sat with Savanna in the Cayenne. As soon as he
closed the door, Jim stepped on the accelerator and they quickly left the police station.

Brandon, there was a shock in her eyes. However, she quickly regained her calm. She looked at the
street scenery on both sides, feeling indifferent.

Savanna did not say a word to Brandon even when they got out of the car.

Brandon scratched his hair in frustration and followed Savanna to the villa.

“Ms. Thompson”

Mary had been extremely worried. When she saw Sayanna come back, she was overjoyed.



“Mr. Cassel, thank you.”

Mary was dissatisfied with Brandon’s preference for Winnie.

But considering he rushed to the police station to bring Savanna back without any hesitation, Mary

was grateful to Brandon.

Brandon was not sure if the message was sent by Savanna, because he was not with Savanna last
night. However, he was very sure that he received an anonymous person’s message from time to time.
It made him think of what happened last night. And Denzel’s escape made Brandon even more certain
Savanna didn’t harm Winnie.

Seeing Savanna’s reaction last night, Brandon was more certain Savanna would not be the person who
had exposed Winnie’s scandal.

Savanna is my wife. Even if she did something wrong, I had to protect her. Besides, it was not
necessarily her who did it!

The person who dared to frame Savanna up was absolutely tired of living! Brandon’s eyes were filled
