Chapter 469

‘Savanna, how long do you want to avoid me?”

Brandon rushed to the hospital bed angrily. His eyes were fierce.

“I didn’t avoid you.” Savanna raised her hand and showed him the infusion needle on the back of her
hand. “I am sick.”

On her pale arm, the blue blood vessels were obvious. The liquid dripped into the blood vessels drop
by drop.

Brandon’s anger weakened when he saw her like this.

“What’s wrong? Are you okay?”

Brandon frowned when he thought of the infectious disease that the nurse had just mentioned and
forgave her.

He sat on the edge of the bed and stroked Savanna’s slender gauze-wrapped palm.

“No wonder you refused to go home. Are you afraid of infecting our children?”

The fever caused by the infection of the wound should not be contagious.

Savanna froze for a moment and then pulled her hand back to keep a distance from him.

“Mr. Cassel, please behave yourself.”

Brandon thought that she withdrew her hand so quickly because she was afraid of making him sick. He
was touched.



“Savanna, I know you still care about me. I am not afraid of being infected. Even if I am infected, I am
willing to endure it.”

Savanna kindly reminded him, “Fever is not contagious. And I don’t think you are that weak.”

Brandon frowned. “Don’t you have an infectious disease? The nurse just said it was an infectious
disease.”

“Because this is the only place where you don’t need to register on the computer,” Savanna answered
frankly.

Brandon’s face darkened when he heard this. “Do you really want to avoid me so much? You don’t
even want to see me?”

Savanna nodded her head in silence.

Brandon felt a burst of anger, but he forcefully suppressed it. He tried to be humble and pleaded.

“Savanna, I know you’re angry. I know I was wrong. As long as we don’t divorce, I will do anything for
you.”

“Brandon, it’s over.”

Savanna listened as Brandon tried to convince her. In fact, she was very upset, but….

They had already come this far, and there was no turning back for them.

She bit her lip and turned the computer in her hand to Brandon. “I only have this one wish now.”

“What wish?” Brandon lowered his eyes and looked at the computer screen. A moment later, he saw
the words on it clearly. “Divorce agreement? You… Savanna, are you really determined to divorce me?”



Savanna nodded and said firmly, “This is the best choice for us.”

“What kind of bullshit choice? Tell me why!”

Brandon pressed his hand on the computer. His eyes were red, and he was out of control.

“Because it doesn’t work. If we continue to force our way through, we will only torture each other,”
Savanna smiled bitterly and shook her head. “Besides, you’re in love with another woman. What’s the
point of keeping me with you?”

“You are the only one I love!”

Brandon was misunderstood, but she didn’t believe him no matter how he explained it. Brandon was
furious. The anger in his heart was raging like a wave.

“Mr. Cassel, please read this divorce agreement. If there are no problems, I will print it out, and we will
sign it together.” Savanna rubbed it in.

“Divorce? I don’t agree! Don’t even think about it!”

In a fit of rage, Brandon picked up the laptop and smashed it against the wall.

With a thud, the computer fell to the floor. The screen blinked with several lights and finally went black.

“We can’t get a divorce!”

Brandon was so irrational at that moment. Savanna could not help but sigh, “It’s just an agreement.
Even if you destroy the laptop, I can re-draft it.”

Brandon was furious by her words and roared, “If you like, you can make more copies. Anyway, if you
bring me a copy, I’ll tear it up. I will never agree to divorce you as long as I am alive!”



Brandon clenched his fists. His eyes, which had once been calm, were now frighteningly red.

Savanna rarely saw him like this. It was a lie to say that she did not feel sorry for him, but she felt
sorrier for herself.

She really had enough of that kind of life.

“Mr. Cassel, why are you forcing me to stay? We’ll only torment each other.”

“Because I love you. I’ll make you stay even if I have to force you!”

Brandon did what he said. He forcibly took Savanna from the hospital in the rudest way and brought
her home.

In the meantime, the nurse tried to stop him, but Brandon glared at her fiercely.

When they left, the nurse quickly called Rex.

“Rex, your friend was forcibly taken away by a man!”

Savanna was brought back to their home. When Lizeth saw them return together, she was extremely
happy.

“Mr. Cassel, Ms. Thompson, you are finally back. Roya misses you guys so much. I have to stay with
her for a long time every day before she goes to sleep.”

Hearing that Roya missed her so much, Savanna felt extremely sad and hurriedly asked, “Where is
Roya?”

‘She’s sleeping upstairs.”



Savanna limped and was just about to go upstairs when she was picked up by Brandon.

“What are you doing, Brandan?”

Brandon kept silent and carried her upstairs.

“Brandon, let me go!” Savanna struggled.

Not only did Brandon not let go, but he walked faster and faster. Once upstairs, he opened the
bedroom door and threw Savanna onto the bed.

This room was full of memories of their intimacy. As soon as Savanna entered, she began to tense up.

“What do you want to do? I want to see Roya.” After being put to bed, Savanna became more alert,
fearing that something might happen.

Brandon said, “I won’t do anything to you, but from today on, you can’t leave this villa.”

Brandon walked out with his long legs. A moment later, he pushed the baby bed over.

Savanna saw Roya sleeping soundly in her swaddling clothes and instantly forgot about the quarrel.
She leaned her head over and stared unblinkingly at the child.

Roya was very cute, and her face was chubby. When she was sleeping, her face was adorably red.

“Roya. My good girl.” Savanna stared at Roya and unconsciously revealed a smile.

Brandon was even more reluctant to divorce when he saw that.

He stood behind Savanna and tried to persuade her, “Why do you insist on divorcing? Can’t you give
Roya and Tye a complete home?”



Savanna froze, and the smile on her face disappeared.

“I’d love to, but our family has fallen apart.” Savanna reached out and gently stroked Roya’s cheek.

“And if we get divorced, I will take them away. I promise to let them live happily.”

“How about me?” Brandon howled in despair, “Savanna! Have you ever thought about me?”

Savannah turned her head and looked at him with an expressionless face.

“Mr. Cassel, many women are willing to give you happiness if you want. Why does it have to be me?”
