Gu Jiangxin had only been testing water up to this point but seeing that Mayor Liu had not tried to stop him at all. It was only obvious that they were in agreement with each other.
As such, Gu Jiangxin decided to stop concealing his intention and said it out loud. In fact, he stressed about the work he had put in in obtaining this painting and presented the painting that was intended for him as it being intended for Mayor Liu entirely.
Mayor Liu was infuriated as he listened to Gu Jiangxi’s words.
Snickering, he followed where Gu Jiangxin was pointing and looked over at this painting that was allegedly “painted just for him”.
When he took a look at it, he almost threw his head back and had blood spitting out of his mouth!

The man carried with him a bamboo bucket and water leaked all over the ground. One could see the path made by the water the entire way…
