It was a nice sunny day on the day of. It almost seemed like the brightest day of the entire month.

Beneath her neck, the top two silver square buttons on her shirt were left unbuttoned, perfectly displaying her diamond pendant that rested between her collar bones. The bottom of the shirt was tucked into the waist of the skirt.
That would make her legs appear longer. She looked both feminine and scholarly and very fitting for the occasion.
After she had changed, Gu Shishi happily went over to the guest room and greeted Ken, the stylist that Aunty Lin had hired.
Huo Sishen, too, changed into a full set of custom casual suit. He came over with their son in the same outfit in his arm to wait for her to get ready and leave together.

“Ken, bright red color lipstick works better with this outfit but this color looks too old. Mix in some rotten tomato color to neutralize it some, would you?

Huo Sishen lifted his brows. Even Aunty Lin, who was bringing juice over, was taken aback a little.

Huo Sishen carried their son in one hand and held her hand in his other. He gently squeezed her hand that its fingers were starting to curl up from nervous.
