After a short while, the ambulance arrived at Liang Shaohun’s home. Liang Shaohun held Gu Yan to the ambulance quickly. After saying something to the butler, he also went to the hospital.
Then he called Mo Yichen on the way.
“What’s wrong?” Mo Yichen answered the phone quickly. It seemed that he didn’t fall asleep yet.
“Does Gu Yan have an illness?”
“What do you mean?” Mo Yichen asked anxiously.
“Gu Yan fainted at my home tonight and is still in the ambulance. You should come to see her.” Liang Shaohun explained.
“I will arrive later.” Then Mo Yichen hung up the phone and got up immediately. He put on his coat and went out without telling Wu Gang.
“Gu Yan, you must be strong. What’s wrong? Why do you faint suddenly?” Liang Shaohun was recalling what happened. At this time, Gu Yan opened her eyes.
“Where am I?” Seeing the unfamiliar environment, Gu Yan was really frightened and tried to sit up. But she was stopped by a nurse at the side.
“Don’t move. I am giving you treatment. You suffered from severe diarrhea just now, you are quite weak. Don’t move. You are safe.” The nurse explained patiently.
“Gu Yan, how are you feeling now?” Seeing Gu Yan was listless, Liang Shaohun asked.

“You should do as the nurse said. If you insist on going back, you will really be in hospital.” Liang Shaohun said and tucked Gu Yan in.

“You are awakened by the needle I stuck just now. I found that you should be a little anemic, so I suggest you stay in hospital for a few days.” The nurse persuaded.
“But I don’t have time. I will go to another…” Hearing the nurse’s words, Gu Yan was anxious because she wanted to go to France after finishing the work here to accompany her grandma on the surgery.

“Miss Gu has acute gastroenteritis, and this time, it may be caused by the food she ate. In addition, Miss Gu has the symptom of anemia, and she lacked rest, so she fainted.” The doctor explained.

Then Mo Yichen and Liang Shaohun walked out of the doctor’s office. Mo Yichen was still worried.
“Well, now you must know that you should take care of your wife carefully. Otherwise, I have to take care of her.” Liang Shaohun thought that Mo Yichen would thank him for taking care of Gu Yan.
“I asked you to take care of her, but now she is in hospital. If I knew it earlier, I would not bother you.” Mo Yichen complained and was about to go to the ward to see Gu Yan.

“How are you feeling now?” Mo Yichen asked.
“I feel much better. It’s all right.” Gu Yan sat up and took the water.
“The doctor said that you have enteritis. You should know it.” Mo Yichen wanted to talk about a topic.
“I know. Maybe it is caused by the spicy food I ate tonight.” Gu Yan replied and then took a sip of water to avoid Mo Yichen’s eyes.
“Okay, I know. Take care of yourself.” Then Mo Yichen was about to leave.
“It was you who paid my grandma’s medical and operation fees.” Gu Yan wanted Mo Yichen to tell her personally.
“I just did what I should do. Don’t worry about the medical expenses. If you feel embarrassed, you can also help me.” Mo Yichen said.
“What can I do for you?” Gu Yan asked.
“I will tell you later. If you want to help me, you should recover from the illness first.” Then Mo Yichen went away.
Looking at Mo Yichen’s figure in the distance, Gu Yan said nothing and lay on the bed, staring at the ceiling.
“Even if you don’t tell me now, I will know it sooner or later. Is it necessary to hide from me?” Gu Yan murmured. Then she buried her head under the quilt and looked through the news on her phone. After a while, she was really asleep.
