Warren suddenly squeezed his hands and caused the two balls of black light to rush toward Jared.

without proof, even Mr. Sanders could not blame me for killing you.” Zion threatened Jared.

Although he suspected that Warren had abducted Josephine, he had no proof. It was only a guess.
Therefore, he could die here if he continued this fight. After all, they were far more powerful than him.
“If I found evidence that the Warriors Alliance abducted Josephine, I shall make Warriors Alliance
disappear from the face of the earth.” Jared threatened furiously.
After saying that, he turned around and left.
Warren could not stand Jared’s bold threat and wanted to chase after him to teach him a lesson.
However, Zion stopped him.
“President Zeigler, that b*stard is too arrogant. Why won’t you use this chance to kill him? Even if Mr.
Sanders blames us, we have a good excuse!” Warren said puzzledly.

Jared dragged his injured body back to Shadow Estate.
“Jared, what happened to you?” Lizbeth asked worriedly upon seeing Jared injured.
“I’m fine!” Jared shook his head. However, he still looked worried.“Did you find Josephine?” Lizbeth asked.
“No, but I am certain that the Warriors Alliance captured Josephine!” Jared replied.
Although Warren refused to admit it, Jared was sure Warren had abducted Josephine.
“What should we do? Isn’t Josephine in danger?” Lizbeth began to cry upon hearing Jared.
“Don’t worry. Those b*stards from the Warriors Alliance will not kill Josephine because killing her will
not benefit them. I believe they captured Josephine due to her fiery constituent!” Jared comforted
Lizbeth.
In actuality, Jared was also very anxious about Josephine. However, he had to appear strong. If he
allowed himself to crumble, no one could save Josephine and his mother.
Then, Jared spent the rest of the night in Shadow Estate to recuperate from his injuries. The following
day, Jared headed to the Department of Justice and informed Theodore about Josephine’s abduction.
