black light. It was so dark within that nothing was visible.

Jared frowned slightly at the sight. “Is this fellow summoning another creature?”
Skylar and Karl had once summoned creatures on Dragon Island, and Jared assumed that Skylar
would play the same old trick.
Despite the long wait, nothing emerged from the black circle of light.
Instead, a humming sound began, followed by an overwhelming force emanating from the circle of
light. The sound waves crashed against Jared’s body like the ocean in a tempest.
“Let me tell you something, Jared. This is the Godcatcher Formation, a magecraft technique from an
ancient text that is centuries old. You won’t be able to escape even if you are immortal.”
Skylar glared at Jared as his face began to contort.
It was challenging and draining for Skylar to conjure such a spell.
