As Jared and Oscar left the Henningsen residence, they encountered Jennifer leading a group, ready
to charge into Henningsen City.
The delay in their return had raised concerns.
“Mr. Chance, you finally came out. We were planning to rush in and rescue everyone,” Jennifer said
excitedly.
“Jared, what happened? Did you meet the head of the Henningsen family?” Catina asked eagerly.
“Yes.” Jared nodded.
“Mr. Chance, is my dad okay? What about my brother?” Jennifer anxiously inquired.“They’re fine. However, Ilias has no intention of releasing Mr. Tyler. It seems we’ll have to force our way
in,” Jared explained helplessly.
If they could manage to free Tyler and Jacques from the Henningsen family’s control first, everything
would be easier.
However, attempting a direct assault with Tyler and Jacques still captive would be risky. When Jared
left, he gave Tyler a meaningful look, hoping Tyler would understand the unspoken message.
