Jared retracted his six shadow clones and let out a long sigh. Sheer shock filled Matthew, Great
Diviner, and the others as they stared at Jared. They never thought Jared’s shadow clone could have
actual powers.
After all, an ordinary person’s shadow clone was only used to throw off enemies. Their shadow clones
generally had no powers, but that was not the case for Jared. Not only did his shadow clones have
powers, but they could even fight against enemies.
Jared, on the other hand, was feeling. something different. Usually, his spiritual energy could not

Jared quickly snapped out of his thoughts and flashed a smile. He was not experiencing any side
effects or discomfort yet. Hence, he did not have to bother about the aura, at least not for now. With
that, Jared continued making his way into the mountains with Matthew and the rest.
They had only taken a few steps when a gale suddenly swept through the area, followed by the
appearance of a blurry figure that slowly approached them. Anxiousness gripped everyone at the
scene because they could sense the dangerous aura the figure was exuding. “Ah…”
Skyler shrieked in fear when she was able to see the face of the approaching figure clearly. The figure
was not a human, but a horrifying- looking zombie with its ivory facial bones exposed to the air.
Even Matthew and the others were shocked to see a zombie suddenly appearing before their eyes.
“Who are you? Get out of here this instant. This is the place that serves to restrain Hadad. You lot
entering here is a crime punishable by death,” the zombie reprimanded Jared and the rest loudly.
