himself, Hosen started emanating a violent aura.
“Ghaylen, don’t blame me for your refusal to yield,” Hosen declared as he leaped into the air and
charged toward his opponent.
Though Ghaylen knew he was no match for Hosen, he still gathered his aura, ready to face the
impending attack.

grave by spreading such rumors about him!” one of the generals standing beside Hosen bellowed.
“So, some of Norwal City’s faithful are still lurking around here, huh? Looks like I almost let you slip
under the radar,” Jared remarked as he strode toward the general.
The general, a ninth-level Body Fusion Realm cultivator, stood unfazed by Jared’s presence. With a
mighty roar, he charged toward Jared, his weapon glinting menacingly in the air. Jared, however,
remained unmoved. With a casual wave of his hand, a terrifying aura erupted from his body.
Boom! In an instant, the general’s body exploded in a gruesome display of violence, transforming into a
scattering of flesh and bone.
Hosen was stunned at that sight. Did he just turn a ninth-level Body Fusion Realm cultivator into a pile
of flesh with just a wave of his hand?
It also dawned on Hosen that Jared had not exerted his full power during their earlier encounter.
Otherwise, Hosen himself would have suffered the same gruesome fate as the general.
Hosen couldn’t fathom how an eighth-level Body Fusion Realm cultivator could possess such
devastating power!
However, pondering on that was a luxury he couldn’t afford as he needed to focus on his immediate
survival. He immediately fell to his knees and begged for Jared’s forgiveness. “Please have mercy on
me!I’ll not go against you anymore!” Hosen bowed before Jared repeatedly, but the latter didn’t even bother
to glance at him. “Viola, you decide you how want to punish him!” Jared didn’t kill him earlier because

With a beam of light flashing across her palm, Viola severed Hosen’s head and sent it flying.

He recalled how he was bullied when he first arrived at Emerald Cauldron Sect, but now, he could
easily crush the sect with just a wave of his hand.
