“These b*stards have the audacity to think they are above the law. How dare they abduct a person. I
will report this to Mr. Sanders and ask him to go to Warriors Alliance to demand her release.”
Theodore was furious upon hearing what Jared said. He wanted to find Mr. Sanders and asked for his
help.
However, Jared stopped Theodore. “General Jackson, it would be useless even if Mr. Sanders goes
there. We have no evidence, so the Warrior Alliance will keep on denying it.”
“What should we do then?” Theodore furrowed his brow.
“General, Mr. Chance, please take a look at this.” Shane suddenly rushed in with his phone.
He brought the phone to Jared and Theodore and logged into the martial arts forum. They immediately
saw the first post on the said forum written in eye-catching red letters. It was made by Edgar from the
Deragon family, challenging Jared to a battle. He sought to avenge the indignity done to the ancient
tomb.
Edgar even wrote in the forum that Jared must appear for the duel in person or be deemed a coward.
“Mr. Chance, why would Edgar suddenly challenge you to a duel?” Theodore asked bewilderedly.
Logically speaking, Edgar was above Jared in both authority and family background. Thus, it was
strange that Edgar suddenly challenged Jared to a duel. It would not bring much glory to Edgar even if
he won. However, it would be humiliating for Edgar if he lost. Therefore, it did not make sense for him
to do this.“Whatever the reason is, he can’t blame me since he is the one looking for trouble.” Jared was already
furious because of Josephine’s abduction. Now that Edgar came out to challenge him, Jared took it as
a chance to vent his fury.
Then, Jared turned to Theodore and asked, “Have you contacted the reporters as I asked?”
“Yes, I have contacted them!” Theodore nodded.
“Good. I will now begin a press conference to reveal Warriors Alliance’s scandals,” Jared replied with a
cruel gleam in his eyes.
Soon, a grand press conference began, and Jared became the main focus of the reporters.
“Mr. Chance, did you call this press conference to respond to the challenge from Edgar of the Deragon
family?” a reporter asked Jared.
Jared shook his head. “Edgar’s challenge does not mean anything to me. He can come out to fight me
anytime he wants, and I will deal with him accordingly. However, he should know that the only possible
outcome is his utter defeat.”
Then, Jerad paused and continued, “The reason I call this press conference is to reveal Warriors
Alliance’s evil doings. Everyone here knows that being an organization in Jadeborough’s martial arts
world, the Warriors Alliance has to uphold justice, punish evil, and promote good in this world.
Unfortunately, Warriors Alliance is colluding with Demonic Cultivators and cultivating black magic. They
are all a bunch of scums putting up a fake pious front.”
After that, Jared took a deep breath before continuing, “Furthermore, these scums had no qualms
robbing others. President Zeigler of the Warriors Alliance even dared to come to me and snatch themagical item I obtain in the Trial. He has no shame. Moreover, they even abducted my girlfriend to
threaten me. Therefore, I have decided to fight the Warriors Alliance to the end and will never give in to
them.”

Meanwhile, Zion watched Jared’s speech in the Warriors Alliance and smashed a teacup he was
holding in fury.
“Damn it! That b*stard is crazy! How dare he challenge us in public. He is asking to die!” Zion’s
