Later, she heard that someone came up to help, so she didn’t come out.”

He wanted to invite He Miao to his grandmother’s house for dinner when suddenly, there was the sound of footsteps in the corridor, followed by a loud noise from upstairs to downstairs.

“Alright,” she said. He Miao nodded and moved aside with Onion in her arms.
Li Ming walked to the door and turned around as if he sensed something. He saw Onion’s two paws wrapped around He Miao’s neck. The dog’s head turned slightly and looked at him without blinking.
There was a strange feeling in Li Ming’s heart. He could actually see the pride in the dog’s eyes. The dog’s expression and actions were too similar to a human’s.
