Not long after Jing Yan returned home, he turned into a stupid dog that He Miao left at home to guard the empty house.
He finished the mooncake that He Miao had made for him in a huff and finally returned to his original self at two in the morning. The first thing he did when he opened his eyes was to take out his phone and watch the video that Mu Xiao had sent him.
Looking at He Miao, who was dancing like a spirit in the dark night, the veins on Jing Yan’s forehead bulged, and he wanted to poke everyone’s eyes blind.
He closed his eyes, put away his phone, and drove to the location He Miao had sent.
It was already the latter half of the night, and there were only leftovers of the seafood on the table. The mooncake box was already empty, and the wine bottle had fallen to the ground. From time to time, a few soft sounds could be heard in the billiard room.
Xu Meng looked worriedly at He Miao, who was still holding on to the wine glass and not letting go. She advised her softly, “Miaomiao, if you’re tired, I can help you back to your room to sleep, okay?”

Xu Meng had never seen He Miao like this before. She found it novel and interesting. She reached out and touched her tall nose, smiling. “Little Miaomiao, why are you so well-behaved?”
“Miaomiao has always been very well-behaved.” He Miao nodded seriously, her watery eyes twinkling, her long eyelashes seeming to sweep into people’s hearts.
Xu Meng helped her back to her room and covered her with a blanket before going out to play with the other classmates.
Everyone had agreed to stay the night together. She had always liked to join in the fun, so she would definitely not miss this opportunity.
After the door was closed, the room fell into darkness. A moment later, a beam of light shone in from the direction of the door. A figure walked into the room and closed the door again, blocking the light from the outside.
That person sat down lightly by He Miao’s bed. His raised hand paused for a moment before he mustered the courage to touch her fair and tender cheeks with the back of his hand.
“Miaomiao,” Li Ming let out a low call. After confirming that she would not wake up, he was relieved and looked at her sleeping face.
From the first time he had met He Miao, his gaze had always inadvertently fallen on this girl. Later, he had thought that he would never see her again, but she had surprisingly become his classmate.
Now, she was quietly sleeping in front of him, without a trace of defense.
He raised his hand and patted the top of her fluffy hair. His gaze fell on her red lips, and his Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. Before he could look away, He Miao’s phone suddenly rang.
The person who was sleeping soundly on the bed suddenly woke up. She opened her misty eyes and looked at the figure beside the bed in confusion. “You are Li Ming?”
Li Ming coughed, got up and turned on the light in the room. He pointed at her phone. “Answer the phone.”
It was only then that He Miao finally noticed who had disturbed her sleep. She picked up her phone angrily and said impatiently, “Who is it? Miaomiao is sleeping!”
The person on the other end of the phone paused for a moment, then said in a cold voice, “It’s me, let’s go downstairs.”
“Brother?” He Miao called out obediently, then got up to get off the bed.
Li Ming hurriedly stopped her and advised her worriedly, “It’s already late at night, how can you go out alone? Why don’t I go with you?”
“Who’s beside you? Li Ming?” Jing Yan recognized the owner of the voice, and his face was covered with a layer of frost. “Come out and see me yourself. You’re not allowed to bring anyone else.”
“Alright,” she said. “Yes,” He Miao replied softly. She pushed away Li Ming’s hand that was about to hold her, opened the door, and walked out alone.
Jing Yan hung up the phone and dragged the woman who was staggering out of the villa to his side. He held her shoulder and asked in a low voice, “Didn’t you say you were sleeping? Then why is Li Ming with you? What were you guys doing just now?”
He Miao looked up at him in confusion, as if she did not understand the meaning of his words. She shook his head slowly and said, “Brother, I’m sleeping. I didn’t do anything.”
Jing Yan was stunned to see her in such a strange state. He suddenly remembered the last time she was at the Jing family house, He Miao was also like this when she was drunk. She would obediently do whatever she was told to do.
“D*mn it.” Jing Yan cursed in a low voice. He checked the belt of He Miao’s trench coat and asked angrily, “Did he ask you to do anything strange just now?”
“Who is it?” He Miao looked at him, blinking.
“Don’t play dumb!” Jing Yan pinched her chubby cheeks in dissatisfaction.
He Miao unhappily broke free from his grip. She put his hands on his waist and pointed at Jing Yan in a delicate manner. “You bullied Miaomiao! You’re a bad brother! Miaomiao doesn’t want you anymore!”
