“I’m in a hurry to see you.” Jing Yan bent down with a smile so that her raised arm would not ache. He waited until she was almost done before he took the towel from her hand and threw it aside. He held her small hand, which was cold from the cold air on his body, and walked to He Chen. “Hello, Uncle He. I’m here to take Miaomiao back.”
He Chen smiled and nodded. Seeing Jing Yan holding his precious daughter’s hand in front of him, he felt uncomfortable again. “Sit down and have a cup of hot tea. You have to warm yourself up after getting caught in the rain, or you’ll fall sick.”
“Yeah, sit down and have a cup of hot tea.” He Miao took a cup of hot tea from the housekeeper and handed it to him. When she saw him drink it obediently, she blinked and brought up the matter she had just discussed with her father. “Let’s stay here for today.
