“Hello, Grandpa Chen.” Jing Yan sat on the side and politely greeted the old man.
Doctor Chen nodded with a smile. After sizing up Jing Yan, he turned to Old Master Jing enviously. “Your grandson is much better than my disappointing son!”
Old Master Jing raised his head proudly and said, “Jing Yan is just managing the company and supporting the Jing family. He is not as outstanding as you say.”
Doctor Chen snorted and rolled his eyes at Jing Yan’s shameless face. Then, he smiled kindly and asked Jing Yan to hold out his arm to take his pulse.
Old Master Jing knew that he did not like people talking to him when he was treating patients, so he stopped bragging about Jing Yan. Instead, he stood to the side nervously, waiting for the results of his diagnosis.

“Grandpa Chen.” Jing Yan suddenly stood up and walked to Doctor Chen. He said respectfully, “Can I trouble you to check my grandfather’s pulse again? I believe in your medical skills. Don’t worry, I’ll pay you your full fee.”
“I have nothing to see.” Old Master Jing immediately put his hands behind his back and refused to see the doctor.
Doctor Chen looked at Old Master Jing, then turned to Jing Yan and said, “I’ve been a doctor for so many years. Sometimes, I can tell a patient’s physical condition just by looking at their physiognomy. Your grandfather has an old illness from when he was young. In addition, his heart is not good. If he wants to live a long life, he can only take good care of himself and worry less. For example, it’s best if he ignores today’s incident. “I understand, Grandpa Chen.” Jing Yan respectfully sent Doctor Chen off and returned to the study. He sat beside Old Master Jing and sighed. “Grandpa, I know my body’s condition very well. It’s really not a big problem. I’ll be fine after a while.”
