It was another day of May in Misty Bridge City.

The clouds were low and the weather was stifling.

As soon as the typhoon passed, the air was filled with moist mist and a breeze blew into the room
through the window.

After receiving Anika's response, Sara walked into the hotel's main suite in her professional attire.

Sara just arrived at the front door of the presidential suite.

luxurious.

Sara entered the room and saw Anika, the bride, silently standing by the window.

"Miss Meyer, it's still early.Would you like to take a rest first?"

She asked thoughtfully with a proper smile.

Anika turned around after hearing Sara.

She laid her bright and innocent almond-shaped eyes on the wedding planner.

Anika was charming with her chestnut hair, red lips, palm-sized oval face, exquisite facial features,
swan-like shoulder neckline, and fair skin.

Though the bride was only wearing a loose bathrobe, she was so stunning.

Even Sara, who was also a woman, was so stunned that she almost couldn't move her eyes away.

The beautiful woman fixed her gaze on the wall clock, then smiled faintly and asked softly, "Is it still
early?"

Her voice was very low like she was just talking to herself although she was talking to Sara.

not come until two hours later.

guests later.Don't worry.’ Kayden said.

‘Don't worry?’ Anika thought.

She couldn't help but laugh because of what she heard.

Yesterday, when Kayden said that the branch had some errands to accomplish and rushed to BY City
overnight, he used a gentle and calm tone to reassure her that he would rush back and it would not
affect the wedding.

"Ah Kay, I know that Lucy went to the hospital last night.Are you in the hospital now?" She asked.

Kayden did not expect that she already knew the reason why he had come to BY City, so there was a

Anika's eyes darkened, and her eyes were stained with self-mockery.

She clearly said, "Perhaps, you're in Lucy's apartment?"

Kayden paused and whispered, "I'm sorry, Anika.I didn't tell you yesterday because I was afraid that

went."

She was also Kayden's ex-girlfriend and they were teenagers back then.

Lucy and Kayden were close friends.

Lucy moved to the Meyer's residence with her mother when she was six years old.

She was truly the childhood sweetheart of Kayden.

Just now, Anika didn't say anything when Jessica wanted to laugh, because Kayden’s new feelings
didn't belong to her.

"How is she now?" She asked.

The two of them had too many arguments because of Lucy, so Kayden didn't want to talk about it
anymore.

He simply replied, "She's already been discharged from the hospital, so she's fine"

"Is that so?" She replied.

Although she had expected this, Anika heaved a sigh of relief.

Anika's grandfather had been in poor health for the past two years.

If Lucy had played a trick, her grandpa probably wouldn't be able to withstand the blow.
